I booked the trip with two friends to celebrate turning 50, but instead I celebrated with a lot more. From start to finish it was a great experience.
The ship was clean, the service was awesome, the food amazing, ports were fun and memorable, the entertainment was a blast- who needs Vegas or Broadway. There is literally something for everyone of all ages to enjoy. It was hard to leave and ...
This was my second time on Liberty of the Seas. It is a beautiful ship. We took 2 of our young teenage grandsons. They were able to take advantage of the climbing wall, the ice skating, basketball, miniature golf, the pools, movies and of course the flowrider. The staff on the flowrider were helpful, supportive and very informative. The boys had such a great time. We now have wonderful ...
The travel agent booked it. We have traveled Royal Caribbean before and had a great experience. I was not disappointed. I took my son who is 19. He was a little disappointed at night of lack of things to do. After a couple of nights he met a another boy about his age. He had a much better experience then. I was little saddened that most of the excursions had a weight limit. My husband ...
The wait staff always called you by name, always helpful and smiling, clean rooms, great relay of daily options and information.. great night time entertainment. Very clean casino with non-smoking areas. Enjoyed visiting with crew members from so any different countries and learning a little about them. Everything was kept extremely clean and well cared for. All tour guides were well chosen ...
Booked with Card Player Cruises which is always a good time. I hadn't cruised in over five years.
Improvements:
* Digital images easy to find by room number and download
* Onboard internet access - was actually too good but found real life seeping into vacation too much. I only wanted to post pictures for Facebook
* Departure - 9a deadline to leave cabin was a great improvement over ...
It happened that we were in Texas for a family celebration and we decide to extend the vacation. We are regular cruisers and enjoy the experience. The ship was delayed by weather coming into port. RC credited us money for lunch and other expenses we incurred due to the delay. Royal Caribbean does a good job with the overall experience and we really liked the layout of the Royal Promenade, as ...
As with all of my reviews, I do not review the ports or the itinerary because my wife and I cruise with the ship as our destination. We do not care about ports, do not do excursions and sometimes, do not get off the ship. We only care about what the ship is like. If it went out and just sailed around the ocean for a week or more and then came back to it's home port, that would be fine with us. I ...
The cruise was well maintained and the food on board was great, especially the seafood options and the lobster night! I traveled with my girlfriend and we had a great time. The offshore excursions had many great options such as snorkling, diving, cave tubing, natural parks, etc. We had a great time kayaking and snorkling the first day in Honduras. However, the excursions lacked the detailed ...
Took a cruise last week on Liberty of the Seas. We've been on this ship often because of our close proximity to Galveston. We like cruising on Royal Caribbean because the ships are family friendly to any and all ages. This trip was to Roatan, Belize and (always) Cozumel. In Roatan we enjoy going with the Bodden Tour group, not affiliated with the ship. They are a reliable, local group who ...
Not going to bore you will the stuff everyone knows.
Embarkation: Ship was delayed due to weather. The process of check-in was smooth. Didn't actually get on the ship until after 1pm. Cabins were ready at 3pm. RCCL credited everyone a $20 obc for lunch due to the delay. They sent out message asking those en route to not arrive the terminal until like 2:30pm.
Cabin: We occupied cabin ...
