we went on this cruise with family members who have went with royal Caribbean in the past and suggested this cruise line. the ship was beautiful. we had an inside cabin and it was adequate, similar to any hotel room. the cabin attendant was awesome, every time we left the room he would come in and freshen it up. the food in the main dining room was very good and the wait staff was very good, even ...

We have travelled frequently on RCCL and by far, Oasis of the Seas is one of our favorites. From your stateroom cleanliness and attendant responsiveness to the phenomenal variety of activities and venues, you will always find something new about this ship and her staff. Loved the Captain! So calm and informative. the Casino hosts are terrific and the variety of machines and tables are top ...

We usually cruise every year with friends. We all shared the same complaints on this one. The staterooms were not up to par as we all found dirty, stained carpets and sofas. The food was good but not up to par with previous cruises. The service was very good. The shows were excellent with the exception of "Cats" during which many of us walked our both before and during intermission. The other shows ...

First time on the Oasis class, been on most of the other classes. It takes a little time to get use to the lay out. Be ready to do a lot of walking. Another is you need to reserve all of your entertainment in advance, which we did. Disappointed in the small size of studio B (usually you do not need reservations for here) for the large number of people on board. On the smaller classes of ship you ...

Royal Caribbean is our cruise line of choice. We wanted to be within a reasonable driving distance from NC. Wanted to experience this larger ship. With the large amount of passengers, we were expecting a long embarkation. Pleasantly surprised as to how well this was accomplished. The same surprise was for the disembarkation. Both went very well. Once on board, we stopped at the information desk to ...

We travel with a group of people with Multiple Sclerosis. Royal Caribbean takes wonderful care of our group. This trip was even more memorable because of the exceptional service provided by our Head Waiter, Serdar Erden. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our group was taken care of. The entertainment was excellent as always of Royal Caribbean cruises. Chester in the Schooner ...

Ship and service were all very good - for our first and sadly only experience (due to my husbands health) this was an amazing experience, which we will never forget. The Cats show was amazing - it was certainly the highlight of my on board stay, while we expected a good show the performances and theatre surpassed expectations. It was a combination of a west end show, while being at home and on ...

This was a family cruise planned by first-time cruisers. It was out 6th cruise and took a while to get used to this huge vessel! The check in process and check out process were seamless! I've never received my luggage and been on my way so efficiently and quickly! The food in the main dining room was excellent! We always compare Celebrity's cuisine when cruising and Royal was just as ...

Convenience: Port Canaveral within easy 1/2 day drive from home. We have usually cruised with Princess before, though we have tried others. This was first, and probably last, on Royal Caribbean. Customer service was poor; website very hard to navigate; info about tours very scanty and hard to come by. But mainly we felt the entire cruise was an effort by Ship's Company to gouge very nickel ...

We chose Royal Caribbean because we had been told it was a great company, very friendly, and the ships were awesome. We booked Oasis of the Seas because of the activities it provided and we are SO happy. Activities: There was so much to do, the best thing on the ship (for us) was the FlowRider. That was amazing! The activities crew was so helpful and gave a lot of tips. Entertainment: ...
