We recently returned from our Norwegian Bliss cruise to the Mexican Rivera. These are our thoughts:
1. Embarkation was extremely efficient and quick.
2. Be prepared to wait for the elevators, which aren't conveniently located if you are mid-ship.
3. By prepared to pay for things like: race car driving, laser tag, bowling, gelato, coco's, cabaret, etc.

The ship is huge!! With the exception of a few bright spots, it was very impersonal. I might go again, but my expectations will be much lower!!

I went on this cruise with my boyfriend and his family. Staff were great, and overall very attentive. The food was generally not good. The best food was at the buffet. While staff at the restaurants were very accommodating, the food did not live up to our expectations for being on a "luxury" cruise. I chose to sail on the NCL Bliss because it is Norwegian's newest, largest ship. Usually, newer means better. But the design of this ship and the crew of the Bliss proved they are truly "not ready for prime time."

The ship is beautiful the rooms are beautiful. Our state room steward took great care of us. We chose this cruise for our sisters cruise because the port and sail date fit our needs. Ship was beautiful and large. Embarkation was easy and fast, onboard by 11:15am.
