I enjoyed certain aspects of the boat but I will definitely say that people should understand that the boat is huge and there are a ton of people going on vacation with you. Almost everywhere you go there will be a crowd. The service at the specialty restaurants was probably my favorite experience. Other smaller eateries and smaller areas were way too crowded. I would recommend taking one of Norwegians smaller ships if you want that personalized feel. Me and my wife’s room was barely cleaned. Never came back to the room with the towel animals or anything. The staff seemed worn down and tired a day into the cruise. Some of the cameras on board don’t work. We went to the race track and had an amazing time just to find out that the camera system didn’t work so we wouldn’t be getting any footage of a great moment we had on the ship. Also if you get sea sick be prepared for the journey back to port. The captain does not take his time and tons of people were sea sick and vomiting everywhere.
