The Prima- A Leaky Boat

Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on Norwegian Prima

We chose The Prima for the ship. The itinerary was great, but, really we wanted the full Haven experience on The Prima. The Prima is a stunning ship. Elegance on each floor. Sadly, the Prima has issues. Day 1 - our carpet in our room was soaked, it squished as you walked between the bed and the bathroom. We reported this and we were told they took care of the issue. Day 2 - carpet soaked; ...

Children on the Dance Floor - Dangerous - Safety Issue

Review for a Panama Canal & Central America Cruise on Carnival Freedom

The low rating is entirely due to the issue described. Except for the issue described below the cruise would have been fantastic from the service to the food to the excursions. As a ballroom dancer we found the music for dancing was great from Waltz to East Coast Swing. There was a two piece violinists who played music from Mission Impossible - Tango to Michael Jacksons Billy Jean - Hustle to ...

Very disappointed in the Valor!

Live in Houston and every other year we have a family and friends cruise during the holidays. There was about 44 of us scheduled for the Carnival Liberty. A month before departure we were notified that our ship was changed to Valor. Most of the rooms were scattered about at this point. The food was a real disappointment! If you like eating burgers and fries everyday for 6 days straight then ...

180 degree NCL experience from previous experiences

Review for a Caribbean - Southern Cruise on Norwegian Jewel

I chose this cruise because of our Fantastic previous cruise with the Norwegian Pearl going to Alaska, and we wanted another memorable, amazing experience. It comes down to this: I am a gambler. My primary reason for cruising is gambling and drinking. I only play roulette. 1. On my last cruise, one of the two roulette tables was broken 2. I only gambled on the first day. I lost ...

Review for a Caribbean - Southern Cruise on Navigator of the Seas

Having traveled more than 15 times on many different cruise lines. we took our first cruise on a Royal Caribbean ship. The company makes claims they are the #1 cruise line in the business. Don't believe it. They may be #1 in passenger volume but NOT in cruise quality. Their promo offers for attractive On Board Cash Credits becomes a "bait & switch" tactic. Once on board you discover how expensive ...

If you like cold food, the Carnival Magic is your ship

Review for a Caribbean - Southern Cruise on Carnival Magic

Food on the Carnival Magic was cold. This for every meal. I am generally not that picky about my food but this food was bad. All six people in my group thought the food was cold and not very good. Definitely not up to standards of other Carnival cruises I have taken. Disembarkation was a nightmare for ports of call. Carnival was disorganized for port excursions and did not have elevators going to ...

Norwalk virus carrier can take down your organs

Review for a Caribbean - Southern Cruise on Crown Princess

User Avatar

The Norwalk Virus was alive and spreading, even unto warning signs in bathrooms to wash extra clean. Some got cabin fever throwing up for days, others upon returning home. Worst was a 60yo gal with December perfect labs having her liver fail after 2.5 weeks of Norwalk after departure. (The very next year, news carried Princess had a class action Norwalk suit against them, others having organ ...
