1) Disney does a fantastic job with the kids and activities on a whole. But they have a LOT of room for improvement in the bookings and 3-5 age group. First the Oceaneer Lab/Club. My family and I sailed on Disney Wish December 19-23. The ship was beautifully decorated and new, obviously. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was good.

Ship is beautifully appointed and service is top notch. However the layout leaves a lot to be desired. A lot of venues were hidden around corners or down long corridors. There was a whole bunch of venues we never saw until the end of the cruise because we simply didn't know they existed just by walking around the ship (Rose, Palo, and Enchante to be specific).
