Ship is beautifully appointed and service is top notch. However the layout leaves a lot to be desired. A lot of venues were hidden around corners or down long corridors. There was a whole bunch of venues we never saw until the end of the cruise because we simply didn't know they existed just by walking around the ship (Rose, Palo, and Enchante to be specific).
The adults only pool area is very small. No steps, you have to climb a ladder to get in and out so definitely not friendly for anyone with mobility issues. Only one way in and out of the adults only area. The one side is walled off with crew only exit which happens to be next to the waterslide. If you sit in a lounger over there you will hear Daisy or Goofy asking guests to watch their step as they exit the slide over and over again. And watch people try to leave the area only to have to turn around.
Food was great! Our servers (Anthony, Sandeep, and Alexia) were fantastic and chatted with us every night. 1923 was the most laid back of the 3 main dining rooms. Arendelle and Marvel have shows going on to entertain you (and the kids) while you eat. I enjoyed Paul Rudd's presence during my dinner LOL. Buffet closed too early at night.
