Chosen to take grand children on a holiday, originally intended to be 2 years ago but deferred because of Covid. Although Disney Magic is the oldest in the fleet, she is an elegant well appointed ship of a comfortable size, there were 2100 guests on board for this sailing, neatly full.

Our cruise was the 7-night from Barcelona to Rome, which we chose to give us more time to explore those cities before and after the cruise. While we enjoyed our cruise on the Disney Magic, we noticed a quality decline from our previous cruise 18 months earlier (and from our Disney Wonder cruise last summer).

We traveled with our 6 and 8 year old children. They loved the kids club, the amazing shows and the ability to interact with the characters. So anyway. We have cruised before 4 times infact. Every cruise we have been on has had great excursions, great pricing, great value, and if we had any problems with them we had money off the bill.
