Sailed from Tilbury for 2 day staycation 4 adults plus 22 month old toddler

We all provided proof of double vaccine and paid £72 for little one to have test by the company Disney use. Arrived at Tilbury with 2.15 embarkation slot. Had the Disney app already downloaded so had everything organised. Waited in line for half hour then told we all need another lateral flow test. Even the little one after receiving a negative test result that morning. After the test was told to go sit and wait in a area open to the elements iron roof concrete floor cold a windy. Little one wanted a drink, no water available, no vending machine. My husband needed a toilet and was told to use portaloo which he said was absolutely filthy. Little one needed a nappy change and again nowhere available although they vacated a area in the end. We waited here for 40 minutes. Absolutely disgusting as mostly parents with young children. Shambles... after all getting all clear we boarded the ship and passed empty lovely space full of empty chairs why couldn’t they let us use this instead of an old empty warehouse. The ship was beautiful and very clean. Crew all lovely and food great. Best show ever, but unfortunately not enough for under 2 year olds to do. No soft play. Could not use pool. Recently sailed Royal Caribbean from Southampton completely different boarding process. They provided test at hotel free 2 days previous and we boarded immediately. Disney you need to sort this out and perhaps refund people who had to pay due to the shambolic boarding. No tea/ coffee in cabin .
