Amazing cruise but noisy ship

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on Celebrity Beyond

The service, staff, entertainment, food and amenities all amazing. Menus in four main restaurants were not very varied however food was always good. The Oceanview Cafe selections were outstanding however the cafe was always crowded and there were often lineups for some foods…and of course some folks simply ignored the queue and just barged in!! The amenities-pools, cafes, bars, sewing ...

20+ cruises under ourbelt We sailed the Constellation out of Venice Oops Ravenna 3 hour bus ride from Venice was comfortable however not convenient. We knew this up front. Transportation from Venice was very unorganized making passengers stand in the rain for 90 min because busses were late and unorganized. Check in was perfect once we arrived at the port Great process The ...

This review reflects our experiences on our recent cruise, reflects our personal preferences, and reflects what we have come to expect based on more than 35 cruises. This cruise was overall a very pleasant experience and is getting close to the pre-covid experience. PRE-CRUISE: We drove to Ft. Lauderdale the day before the cruise and stayed at the Homewood Suites in Dania Beach ($269/night). ...

Great Ship With Fantastic Itinerary

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Reflection

We chose this cruise to tick off a few things on our bucket list. Acropolis, Olympia. The chance to visit Rhodes and return to Malta was a bonus. Returning to Reflection for a second time was a bonus as we previously really enjoyed the ship and its staff. Having sailed Celebrity 12 months ago, we did see a slight decline in choice MDR menus, also cheaper options for evening entertainment ...

A solid, however not spectacular cruise experience

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

Overall the cruise was a solid 7/10. Not at par with some other cruises I have been on but it was ok overall. Not sure if this is reflective of the 'Celebrity experience' as this was our only cruise ever with them. I didn't see a great difference. The main dining room experience was average from a food quality experience. Not as good as prior cruises on Norwegian, Royal Caribbean and Carnival. ...

Beautiful, Modern Ship. Enjoyed Unique Infinite Veranda Design -Not sold on Specialty Dining Experiences

We sailed on the Celebrity Edge in cabin with the Infinite Veranda. We were happy with our room. The location was quiet. The exterior view we had was great. I was nervous about this new infinite veranda design after reading several negative reviews, but we both loved it and used our balcony daily. We have sailed on several cruises before, all balcony rooms. This was the first time we experienced a ...

Some Disappointments

This was our first cruise with Celebrity and although we had a great time and the ports of call were spectacular, there were a few somewhat disappointing issues. Although the food, overall, was delicious, we found service at the bars and coffee bar to be lacking. The bartenders/baristas routinely ignored us, and were not friendly or helpful. We had upgraded to Concierge Class but had to ask for ...

First time cruising on the Edge Rome to Barcelona

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Edge

First Time Cruiser • Age 50s

The cruise started well after a short train ride from Rome to the terminal and a bus to the ship. First impressions were great and we spent the first day exploring the ship and having a few drinks at different bars. We had an AquaClass room and our tip is to look for a layout where the bed is close to the window. We enjoyed sleeping with the window open and hearing the sea. It was also ...

About us: I'm in my early 60s and my GF is in her late 50s. I've cruised over 20 times, mostly on Celebrity & MSC. Full Thread/Blog: I did a day-by-day write-up called "We board Infinity in about an hour. Let me know if you have any questions". It goes into considerably more detail. Overview: This was a 7 day cruise out of Ravenna, which is about 3 hours from Venice. It stopped in ...

Celebrity Infinity is the "Goldilocks" of Cruise Ships

Review for a Europe - Eastern Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Infinity

User Avatar

We chose this Celebrity cruise because it seemed to have some interesting and exotic ports. The cruise line was an important choice, but the ship didn't seem to be that important. But we were pleasantly surprised. The Infinity is about 20 years old, and to be honest, it could stand to be freshened up. The decor seemed dated, but clean and in good shape. The Infinity can hold a little over 2,000 ...
