Very very small ship needs a huge update. Hopefully they will fix the issues cleansing and update disability Lyft to work.

Old but in good shape

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

A drawback on this cruise was the high temperature in Italy. But I don´t blame Celebrity. Our experience is 12 weeks, 8 ships from 5 different companies. First time without balcony. I think this was the oldest ship we have been on. But we are much older, so we felt at home. Free parking in Ravenna, and smooth embarkation. What surprised us most was the amount of staff, everywhere. In level with ...

Awesome cruise, we loved every second

We booked this cruise over a year before sailing and were a little sceptical as we had only cruised Celebrity once before and that was on Silhouette for a 4 night trip from Southampton. Departing from Ravenna makes things a little more complicated, but we had an amazing few days in Bologna before we caught the train to Ravenna. A few days before flying out we booked the shuttle from Ravenna ...

Great first time sailing on Celebrity

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

Our 15-day transatlantic cruise on the Celebrity Constellation from April 17 to May 2, 2023, was absolutely wonderful. We have been on about seven transoceanic sailings and maybe thirty total cruises on RCL, NCL, MSC, Holland, and Carnival. This is our sixth cruise since the industry opened up after the height of the pandemic. Preparation: We booked an inside cabin with a fantastic RT airfare ...

Long time cruiser - first transatlantic - a not so brief summary

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

Long time cruiser that has always wanted and looked forward to doing a transatlantic (TA) but with kids at home and in school the spring/fall sailings never worked for us. Fast forward to 2022.. both kids away at college so good opportunity to finally get to go on that first TA. However, with two kids in college we needed to find a deal to fit our budget. Even at a year out we found several ...

outstanding service and the food was superior

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

Concierge at michael's club was awesome. The food and service at Luminae were off the charts. The Panama canal transit tour was great. Cartagena was a beautiful place and loved it. Porto Limone is a dump and waste of a day. Usually like Cozumel but with 7 ships in port it was like times square. Crew were great, very little wait for drinks etc. The only waiting time was for a burger at the pool ...

BEST CRUISE EVER!

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

I say the best cruise ever since I have been on 50+ cruises both with my hubby (who has gone on his permanent cruise) and alone. This ship and staff and crew were so exceptional that I had to write this review to acknowledge every person that I had interacted with and the passengers as well. Even though this ship is an "oldie" (and so am I) she still had much to offer. The food on the buffet ...

What was it like with only 500+ passengers?

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

You get spoiled real fast as there are 800+ crew on board. It started when my cabin was changed at gate from deck 7 to deck 9. I didn't like new cabin so I went to service desk once on ship and asked for another cabin. There were at least 50 same day cancellations so knowing where rooms were I asked for and received aft corner family suite keeping my C1 status. Very nice! It got better from there ...

As veteran cruisers (45), this was an exceptional experience - not to be forgotten. The upbeat & energetic staff took the "extra mile" servicing all passenger needs & concerns. GREAT STAFF! This 20 year old vessel, whilst in good condition, is in need of refurbishment. (a) Notwithstanding replacement of normal infrastructure wear & tear. adequate electrical and electronic interfacing is ...

Celebrity Far Exceeded Our Expectations

Review for a Caribbean - Southern Cruise on Celebrity Constellation

User Avatar

After much deliberation, we decided to take this cruise, having booked it after we received our booster shots but before the latest omicron outbreak. We seriously considered cancelling after reading several articles about the health risks of cruising, along with the real possibility of our stops being cancelled. The CDC warnings, an article in SFGate and one posted on Cruise Critic caused us ...
