Our 15-day transatlantic cruise on the Celebrity Constellation from April 17 to May 2, 2023, was absolutely wonderful. We have been on about seven transoceanic sailings and maybe thirty total cruises on RCL, NCL, MSC, Holland, and Carnival. This is our sixth cruise since the industry opened up after the height of the pandemic.

Preparation: We booked an inside cabin with a fantastic RT airfare through Celebrity Air that would allow us to return from Warsaw, Poland. I used both the Facebook Group and Cruise Critic Roll Call to find tours. The CC group never seemed to have the energy to organize and didn’t have a leader type to get the ball rolling. Celebrity no longer does CC get togethers on board. The FB group stayed organized with a leader who got us a $50 OBC for joining their group.

About two months before the cruise, I called Celebrity directly to see if we could upgrade. The agent gave us an upgrade at no cost. It appears that we were coded differently and also received a $400 OBC.
