I appreciate being treated like a valued customer. Every chance possible Seabourn outdid itself. My cabin was exceptional. Staff was outstanding. I had one disappointing meal in the Keller dining room. The regular fine dining room never disappointed me. There were no art events, photographers, or other scams on board. Beautifully designed and well maintained ship...the very best we have ever sailed on, our suite on deck 5 was big, well laid out and again in good condition. Having sailed and read Stickman's review, I agree wholeheartedly although having not sailed with Crystal cannot comment on that but he hit the nail on the head regarding Seabourn's lack of service both in food and drink service onboard the Encore.
