We’ve cruised on this ship before from HK to Singapore a few years ago and had an excellent holiday.

We can’t believe how poor the bar service was on this trip. Same in the dining room lack of bodies. I was left a feedback form from the Hotel Director Vlado, in fact completed two but no response so herein lies the problem. One day I counted 9 people awaiting service by the pool bar with one member of staff and 2 ‘officers’ white shirts epaulettes stood with arms folded next to the bar totally oblivious to what was happening. I challenged them (not the poor lad behind the bar) and they seemed shocked but both sprung into action. Same in all the bars just lacking staff.

Don’t bother with The Tuscan Grill, it’s stuck on deck 3 like an after thought no atmosphere and is not anything special, this used to be our favourite destination for food.
