This ship needs an overhaul. Inconsistent service, poor maintenance. Zero health protocols. Other than the Rolling Stone Lounge, entertainment was very poor. There's a lot of things that made this entire experience not enjoyable from the beginning. Dealing with customer service is almost nonexistent.
