The ship’s crew and the tour guides are helpful, friendly courteous and receptive to all your needs. Included tours are great and the phase is relaxed. Friendly, attentive, & professional crew worked very hard. Veranda room was nice with the huge windows, but we won't get that again due to the noises from on deck above. Chose Viking cruise because of the small ship size and the ability of seeing so many different Christmas Markets. The food on board was decent. Breakfast was the best offering of the day. Chose this cruise to explore Christmas Markets along the Seine. While the ship and staff were wonderful, the Christmas Market part was sorely lacking. Maybe it was too early in the season?
