This was our second Crystal Symphony cruise since the re-start, and both sailings lived up to our very high expectations. We found the food to be generally excellent, with Umi Uma and Tastes being stand-outs for us. Waterside, Marketplace and Trident Grill were very good also. We are in our mid 50s, have done 6 cruises with 5 carriers and this was the worse. Electric wheelchairs, walking frames, everywhere. The average age group is 70+. They love not leaving their rooms or the ship for 2 weeks so it suits them.

This was our first cruise with Oceania and a small ship. It was great we could stop at places that larger ships do not visit.

Don't be frightened by this review. If you have already booked, you will not have a bad time on this cruise ship. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. HOWEVER, if you have not already booked, I suggest you consider another ship.

We wanted to complete an earlier world cruise, and so booked the 49 day Sydney to New York cruise. We love the QM2 and continue to love it. After the Covid pause we were a bit worried as to what shape the ship would be in, but we found it to be in good shape. Things are returning to normal. Boarding was seamless and the ship was in excellent condition for wear and tear and cleanliness
Our cabin was immaculate, however we experienced poor sleep due to hard beds and pillows and the shower was the smallest I have ever experienced on a cruise ship. The games deck was the best I have seen for senior passengers but not so for young passengers.

To say that we were disappointed with this cruise is an understatement.
