Sail Date: Feb 2023
Cabin: Balcony (partially obstructed view)

Boarding was seamless and the ship was in excellent condition for wear and tear and cleanliness

Our cabin was immaculate, however we experienced poor sleep due to hard beds and pillows and the shower was the smallest I have ever experienced on a cruise ship. The games deck was the best I have seen for senior passengers but not so for young passengers.

The taste of the water was unpalatable.

Cabin Review

Balcony (partially obstructed view)

Clean and well maintained. Tight passageway if set up for twin beds.

Needed better mattresses and pillows.

Should provide an option for cotton blankets rather than polyester quilt for those with allergies to synthetic fibres in bed linen.

Small shower with fresh curtain.

Nice touch a bottle of champagne waiting for you in the refrigerator plus tea, coffee and biscuits. Just a shame the water had a terrible taste.

Stayed at the Sofitel.... we wished they could get on board Cunard ships and show them what Service is!
