When travel with Costa you are treated like cattle that is there only for them to milk money out of you without showing you any respect. What about informing you att 22 in the evening that you must leave the cabin att 8 in the morning for the only reason that they are saving on personnel costs. We had a beautiful cabin- but with finger breaking hooks to open drawers.The ship is 2 years old- ample time for management to correct this simple-to-fix defect.
