Bad food couldn't find decent food tried multiple resturaunts ate at Brazilian buffet waited 10min btw meats to come around and was not busy Italian resturaunt sauce was bland pasta was thick and hard. Buffet food was same bland no flavour. Other than the regular menu items anything else never tasted right. Most of the food looked good but never tasted like it should. I'm not a picky eater but ...

Took an NCL Western Caribbean cruise last year and wanted to share experience with family...what a mistake!! The food presentation was good but taste was very low quality. The desserts were the worst! Even the breakfast pancakes were clearly packaged and not fresh. Looooong waits between courses, 2 hrs+ for dinner. We chose dining rooms because it was the best of the worst. We did complain to ...

While I understand why we missed Cozumel (and agree with the decision the weather was dangerous) absolutely NOTHING was done to make up for this fact. The "additional activities" were the same from the day before leaving us bored and feeling like the rest of the vacation was a waste of money. The onboard activities are too expensive, not interesting, or are those horrible seminars that prey on ...

A Day in the Life of a experience Cruiser on NCL Sun This was a girls cruise and we booked b2b just to be on the sea. The price was incredible almost unheard of. (10 days for $400).. This was a book on Wednesday on the ship Thursday. My friend was flying in from Canada and her plane was 2 hours late. I had booked a transport from the Orlando International Airport to Port Canaveral. There ...

We have always loved Norwegian Cruise Lines and its super friendly/entertaining atmosphere and staff before this last cruise we just took in December on the Norwegian Sun. However, after this cruise my family and I just took we were all highly disappointed with our cruising experience. While there were some positive aspects of our vacation, such as the photography services and the friendly staff ...

The cruise fit the Thanksgiving holiday time period and left out of Port Canaveral which was convenient. Plus, I had no reason to expect such a poor experience. Below is a more complete explanation of why this cruise was such a disappointment, but the problems were mainly in two areas, cabin service, and food. Our cabin attendant routinely moved and removed items from our room, so that ...

The food was so bad in every outlet. In normal dining the food compares with Golden Coral. We decided to pay to go to the steak outlet and the rib eye was so tough you couldn't chew it. When the server asked how it was after I left more than 2/3 of the steak, I told her bad and unable to eat. She said that was nice. Still charged us over $100.00. AC didn't work very well in our room. ...

Myself along with my fiance sailed on the Sun 1/29/2011...I have to say it is the worse NCL cruise I have ever taken. We booked this cruise back in 2009 and it wasn't promoted as an "oldies cruise" we found out about 6 months prior to sail..and by than it was too late to change (airfare purchased, time scheduled off from work) We booked directly through NCL and never and I mean never was told it ...
