This ship is very old and outdated. Poor condition, rust on bathroom wall and the balcony area. The interior was old and worn out and not very appealing as it was dark and dreary. The Good:
The Garden Cafe has real ice cream with a variety of toppings and Nutella crepes every day. There is also soft serve nearby.
There are many elevators and can easily and quickly accommodate a full ship of people.
The service has been great overall.

This was our 4th Norweigan ship and cruise. Out of 20 cruises sailed this was the worst ship we have ever been on. The venues for the shows were small, the layout of the ship was noisy, and the food was cold or overdone, more often than not. The entertainment was repeated and not that great of quality. The trip was so disappointing.
This was our 12th cruise and the first for Norwegian. It will also be our last.
The ship was so small. The cabins were so small. They virtually had no storage. The food was subpar. There were a few items at dinner that were amazing but overall it was nothing to write home about. Even the variety of food was disappointing.

It was horrible and a total waste of money.
I would honestly say 50% of the cruise passengers were sick with RSV,Covid and other ailments. Not one mention from Norwegian what to do if you were sick and they made no precautions to keep us healthy. We had to line up for hours outside the terminal in NYC in freezing temps, I saw an ambulance take away an elderly man who collapsed.
