We’ve taken several cruises on the Dawn and this was another terrific time. Embarkation was relatively easy. The crew, as always was excellent , friendly and helpful in every manner. I took my nieces and nephew on the cruise but was disappointed with the service for the suite. The inside room had better service. Maybe an off week for the concierge. Food was ok nothing great. Best meal was at Cagney's steak house ( additional charge )
I would think long and hard about cruising again..
I will say the customer service was excellent!
The ship was very clean.
pool could be bigger ,maybe just an adult only pool.
Elevators extremely slow.
waiting line for drinks was long and slow, need more bar help

I have nothing to compare, but the Norwegian Dawn far exceeded all my expectations!
Teppanyaki, Cagneys, Moderno, Aqua and Venetian were all excellent for food. The buffet was very good, also! Didn’t enjoy Los Lobos at all, except their chips and salsa.
