Cabin: Mid-Ship Mini-Suite with Balcony

Ship was clean, service was great, with the exception of getting drinks, little slow, with the advent of drink packages the days of drink waitstaff everywhere you look are over. Food was great except for specialty restaurants, again as with the beverage package destroying the ease of getting drinks, the specialty restaurant package has made it tough to get reservations. If not for these two small issues would have been 5 stars. All said still enjoyed it. Cabin was always kept clean. Room steward was great always on top of things. Pool area was clean with good entertainment most times throughout the daylight hours. Was traveling with a large group which made eating together challenging. Ncl was no help with advance reservations for dining with a large group. Restaurant reservations onboard helped us get reservations throughout the week but only main dining rooms and not til 8pm. Also left Boston 4 hours late which was a bit of a downer. Cruise would also be much better if it left Bermuda a day later and didn’t take 2 1/2 days at 10kts to get home.
