The itinerary from Dubai to Capetown along with an opportunity for the excursions to Taj Mal and a safari in Africa was unique, The food on this ship was of an exceptional, quality, service and restaurants, were without a match with any other cruise ships that we have sailed on and this is no exaggeration. Although, not a reflection on the ship’s crew or staff, there were excursion experiences ...

Oceania is well-known as the upper premium class cruise line with excellent gourmet food. indeed, the appearance of the buffet restaurant could compete with fine dining serviced restaurants on other vessels. The food was really extremely "dangerous" with a high extra-weight-potential. You could tell just by looking at the ingedients: lemon sole, finest filet, mussels, prawns.
The passenger mix ...
WE chose the Baltic cruise because we liked the itinerary and wanted to try Oceania Cruiseline. We like the smaller ships and this fit the need. The ship itself is well maintained and the common areas are nice. I am a blackjack player so I did enjoy the casino on this ship.
Our cabin was nice we were on the concierge Veranda which gave us 4 nights in the speciality restaurants, there was a ...
Three days in St Petersburg is what drew us to this particular cruise. From the moment we stepped on board, we felt like family.
Everyone was so pleasant -- the crew and the passengers! Our cabin attendant was very pleasant and knew our names and faces from the get-go; she often greeted us by name as we went down the hallways.
We were disappointed that we didn't get to Riga due to rough ...
This was two ports in Scotland, three in Ireland plus Iceland and Greenland and Fareo islands. The North Atlantic was rough but we endured. We knew the smaller 55 thousand ton ship would have pluses and minuses, so our expectations were met.
PLUSES: No crowded decks. Easy on and off. Well organized excursions. Open seating. Excellent food service. Helpful crew and staff.
MINUSES: Limited ...
Recognizing that at any given time, the Wait Staff on a cruise ship is almost always in flux, we got the feeling many of the staff had just reported in for their first contract. HMCSBN nailed it on the crush for a table and the problems in the main dining room.
The two specialty restaurants were outstanding with the Italian one the better of the two.
The cleaning staff was impeccable, timely ...
Oceania performed as expected. The food was amazing, the ports of call were wonderful and the entertainment was very good. We thought Cory "from the bridge" did a wonderful job as cruise director. Captain Max was very approachable and informative. Travel above the Arctic Circle was memorable and provided numerous photo opportunities.
We were on the Concierge floor and cabin service was ...
I choose the Baltic Sea cruise on Oceania Nautica because of the itinerary and the relatively small size of the ship. We spent 3 days in London (not enough time) before boarding the ship at Southampton and 2 days in Copenhagen following the cruise. Both embarkation and disembarkation were quick and easy.
Our C-1 cabin had plenty of storage for clothes and other items; in fact I was amazed ...
Itinerary was one we hadn't done before. Had a really good time on board and in the U.K. and Ireland. The ports were very interesting and the weather was really good for northern England and Scotland. The rough seas were almost un-noticable the night we had them.
The ship was very comfortable through that night. The captain was among the best in keeping all well informed throughout the ...
