Had a great experience, with friendly staff and good entertainment. Good for families. Embarkation was a breeze, though self disembarkation was slow. This cruise line is terrible. Boat is over crowded , kids running and fighting in the adult only sections. If is days adult only, enforce it. I understand kids will be on a cruise, but there are adult only areas for a reason. Private Island stop is cancelled because the captain can’t dock the boat. I was on the same ship last August. It was not very good, Food and drinks ran out all the time, the food both quality and quantity was bad and I am not fussy with food. Our room concierge was great and very kind. About the only thing on the cruise though. Food, I travelled with someone who was gluten intolerant. Mashed potatoes are one of the items she can eat. However those are not on the buffet for everyone as we were very rudely told she could not get those because it was on the kid buffet. Great staff they were all so friendly. Yes there is not a lot of bathrooms throughout the ship. The entertainment and food is solid a good amount of party’s. Plenty of bars though.
