FIRST ADVICE: It says 7 day cruise, and you get Free airfare. My advice book your own. On the last day of the cruise you arrive back to Honolulu and you must depart ship by 9 am . but you booked flight does not take off until 10 pm. so what do you do all day with your luggage. We chose Pride of America because we have sailed N.C.L and always had a great experience, full of laughs , great food, and entertainment. This was a bucket list trip.
Check in was great. Well organized quick and easy. Staff were great. We found our stateroom to be clean and the bed was wonderful. We purchased the bar and gratuity package, Well worth the money.

Too few waiters, too much cost cutting, penny pinching everywhere, but staff great and ship in good condition. Food nowhere need as good as it used to be and repeated items on each evenings menus. First the pros of this cruise and the Sapphire Princess ship, and there were several areas that were excellent:
1. Medallion service/functionality is great. Making it very easy to order food and drinks pretty much anywhere on the ship. Embarkation was simple/easy. The medallion appears to be the only new thing that Princess has done since we sailed last with them in 2016.

Wanted to see Hawaii. Twice we requested wake up calls and did not receive.Holland web site advertises Dutch Cafe 16 Dutch and Belgium beers with 4 on tap. DID NOT HAVE. Met with beverage manager his answer was they were ordered but not sent. Hard to believe a company as big as CARNIVAL{who owns holland} can't get what they order covid is over.

Embarkation day went well. We got to the Seattle Pier 91 around noon. It took 15 minutes to board after going through security.
