Quite literally the worst vacation I have been on. Our balcony door didn’t seal correctly and it took until the second night of the cruise for them to repair it correctly and stop the whistling. Their initial fix was to put tape over the seal which rendered the balcony useless. This was a non started since my wife gets sea sick on the first day of a sail and the fresh air from the balcony helps. ...
Was disappointed in this cruise. The oceans were rough, we were thrown all over the boat and our stops cancelled so I was expecting some sort of compensation but nothing came. They said you can have a day at sea, rough seas and dig out your credit card to enjoy your trip. Also we could only drink water with our meals, felt like a criminal for our $2500 cruise we spent as a family.
Also,they ...
We have been on P&O Christmas cruises for years, flying from Manchester to Barbados usually 2 weeks duration but occasionally 4 weeks. This one was 2 weeks. Flight out was OK, a bit late but nothing like the debacle of 2022. We had special assistance at both Manchester and Barbados airports which worked well and instead of having to cram into small mini buses we had a private taxi for the journey ...
I chose this cruise to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday! I wanted to try something new in cruising! My wife Takiyah and I had a fantastic time! The crew was extremely accommodating and excited to help me celebrate my wife’s birthday all week long! We felt like celebrities! I want to give a special shout out to the following staff members: Nada who was absolutely amazing at getting us drinks ...
We chose the Prima to see what it was like. We had previously sailed on the NCL Epic. Our cruise was 100%+ capacity with a lot of families with kids. I like the food choices, and for the most part, the food was excellent. Our cabin was in the Haven with a higher staff to passenger ratio and more room. Outside the Haven, the ship was very crowded.
SPECIALTY RESTAURANTS: We had meals at Cagney's ...
We have cruised each winter on Celebrity and looked for a change. We are not mad about their new E class ships. Rotterdam is beautiful, elegant , modern ! Cabins are spacious and top class. Ship is gorgeous all round. Food is above average. Beats X in our opinion. Customer service is poor. When you have a complaint or concern they do get back to you, but they are like robots. They never resolve ...

We were originally scheduled for February 2020 and again in 2021 but they were both cancelled due to COVID. Finally getting our itineraries together this time schedule worked perfectly. We enjoyed 99% of the trip. The staff was wonderful from customer service, room attendants, wait staff, spa personnel, and doctors all going out of their way to make it a joy. Great excursions and plenty to do ...
My wife and I have both cruised with NCL over 30 times, and have been on all the current ships except for Prima and Viva, so we picked the Prima for this trip. It was the first NCL sailing out of Galveston, so the transfer from the airport to the pier was less than organized, but they finally got us on buses and off we went. The line for security was quite long, but it seemed to move okay, and ...
We were a group of 28 who booked Jan 2022. This was my 4th NCL cruise.
Our balcony cabin was beautiful and spacious. The outdoor decks were beautiful with many places to relax. The main dining room, Palomar and Hasuki were amazing. My favorite bar was the Belvedere. But I will be hard pressed to cruise out of San Juan again. If you are from the island this is the ship for you. The Gym was a ...
