Quite literally the worst vacation I have been on. Our balcony door didn’t seal correctly and it took until the second night of the cruise for them to repair it correctly and stop the whistling. Their initial fix was to put tape over the seal which rendered the balcony useless. Was disappointed in this cruise. The oceans were rough, we were thrown all over the boat and our stops cancelled so I was expecting some sort of compensation but nothing came. They said you can have a day at sea, rough seas and dig out your credit card to enjoy your trip. We have been on P&O Christmas cruises for years, flying from Manchester to Barbados usually 2 weeks duration but occasionally 4 weeks. This one was 2 weeks. We chose the Prima to see what it was like. We had previously sailed on the NCL Epic. Our cruise was 100%+ capacity with a lot of families with kids. We were originally scheduled for February 2020 and again in 2021 but they were both cancelled due to COVID. Finally getting our itineraries together this time schedule worked perfectly. We enjoyed 99% of the trip. The staff was wonderful from customer service, room attendants, wait staff, spa personnel, and doctors all going out of their way to make it a joy. We were a group of 28 who booked Jan 2022. This was my 4th NCL cruise. Our balcony cabin was beautiful and spacious. The outdoor decks were beautiful with many places to relax.
