This ship is badly designed. With full capacity of 3500 passengers there was extreme overcrowding in all the public spaces. The Iceland and Northern Europe cruise is wonderful, ports of call superb. The Prima is a beautiful ship, with lots of amenities for all ages. Sadly we were very disappointed with the food. We had been on many Viking River cruises but never on a Viking ocean cruise. We were excited to see Iceland while experiencing a Viking ocean cruise for the first time.
