Worst cruise my husband and I ever took.
FACT:
1) Spent more time at sea than the itinerary stated.
2) Took over 3 hours to get into our room due to the key card and room door being inoperable.
3) The room was really small, not what was shown in the picture on the website and set up with two twin beds instead of a queen.

Second time cruising on HAL in Alaska (previously the Zaandam same itinerary). Booked a week out with "they pick your inside cabin" rate. First time cruising with Celebrity and whilst we enjoyed the cruise, it could have been so much better but was let down by important items.

Every need and wish was met on this cruise. The entertainment and production crew were first rate. Our stateroom steward was friendly, helpful and cleaned the room twice a day.
