Beautiful ship but the service was terrible. Staff is not friendly and rude, restaurants always booked at times you want to eat even though you tried making reservations weeks before the cruise. We chose the cruise for a family get together to escape the winter in the northeast. The Norwegian Encore trip was the perfect itinerary on a modern vessel. Our luggage was delivered 3 days late and was left in Miami bc delta was delayed 5 hours and if we had waited for our luggage the cruise was going to leave us, and it wasn’t there fault. This was my first cruise on Norwegian. I expected a great experience but what we got was not that. First let me say that our room steward was wonderful. The beds are hard and as I am 4 months out from a knee replacement, I was having trouble sleeping on the hard mattress. My steward got an egg crate and put it on the bed which made a huge difference.
