We have been on over 50 cruises and this was the worst cruise and cruise line ever. The cruise was from Hamburg Germany to Genoa Italy with stops in Spain Gibraltar UK France and Italy. Whew!!! That sucked. We've been on 42 cruises and this is the bottom of the list. Never again. We'll start with the positives. The goods:
1. The embarkation process was very fast and smooth.
2. Prices on the ship (drinks, etc) were very reasonable
The bad:
1. Disembarkation process was awful. We were sitting (if lucky enough to find a char) for hours waiting for our turn

Never MSC for me... They should name the next ship MSC upsell. On the Meraviglia upselling is going on from when you wake up until you gouing to sleep again. Reviews about the Meraviglia are not exactly very good.
We can understand them and agree... if you are not in a Yacht Club cabin.
Athmosphere
