Choose for the price and ports, but what a mistake. I'm sure you have read about the terrible food, but that just doesn't do it justice. All meat is served cold and raw, including bacon and hot dogs. Dinner always includes a (venomous) Cuttlefish and Squid salad (?) or some kind of (hopefully worm) under prepared fish, that I was was to scared to order.

This was a cruise that we have looked forward to for over a year. We had booked two connecting Fantastica Experience staterooms with included WiFi and the Easy Plus package. DSIL was coming along for her first trip to Europe so that made it special. We flew into Hamburg via Copenhagen with an open-jaw for our return flight so that we could include a visit to Copenhagen.

MSC DID WELL: the nightly entertainment was excellent. Jennifer Tierney had such a powerful voice. The ship singers and dancers were superb and well choreographed. The 3 tenors performance was exceptional. The room stewards and main dining room staff worked very hard to ensure we were well looked after. We have always said that we love the crossings and love the QM2. Indeed we have crossed the Atlantic about 13 times on the QM2. But the serious issues with this crossing make us wonder if we are making a poor choice and whether we will ever return.

1) Service at the dinner - Waiter always friendly
2) Service and cleanliness on our Room
3) Pre paid internet was 4gb for 4 devices and it was cheap comparing with other cruises that I´ve made
