We have always been VERY pleased with our experiences aboard Royal Caribbean ships. This ship however DID NOT meet our expectations. Most of the crew was very professional and helpful but very disorganized and not very knowledgable; the ship needs a lot of work.

I liked that there were lots of beach chairs on deck. Checking out towels each day was a pain. And people did save chairs even though they weren't supposed to. First time on Royal Caribbean and a poor first impression. Check in was not bad, but could tell security screening was intended to find alcohol, not weapons - side table was full of confiscated booze.

First, the good. Food, service, and shows were all excellent. I reserve the "bad" for the ship and for Royal Caribbean itself. I should start by saying the staff on the Navigator is great. But, this ship was refurbished in 2014 & was only outfitted with virtual screens in certain cabins (we had such a cabin) and navigation screens on each floor.
