11th Anniversary celebration we will not forget! As a first time cruiser I was very skeptical, specially due to some of the reviews from previous guests on the MSC Musica. The best advise I can give is for each person who wish to cruise is to have their own experience and not judge based on reviews of others. Sure, experiences are not all the same but we had a fabulous time! Everything ...

average quality cruise, poor food quality. excursions was very nice. too much money making activities involved in musica then sinfonia. Deck was no clean, poor arrangements, dirty and sticky floors. drunk people at night bumping everywhere. no enough space on deck for any activities. very less area for kids activities on the deck. poor management on kids club as every 2 or three hours have to ...

We traveled from Mosselbay to Durban a view days before we got on to the ship. We stayed in Durban Spa and enjoyed the flea markets and restaurants alot. We also visited Ushaka Marine World wich is always a great experience! We booked easy onboarding tickets(I think that's what its called) so we boarded easy and fast. 10 minutes after boarding we where already eating our first delicious meal ...

We were invited by friends to join them as someone cancelled. We were on the same cruise (Symphony) about 7 years ago as well as a seven night European cruise of which both was exceptional. We made use of your easy embarkmand wich was worth every sent, disembarkation also went smoothly. No complaints about the ship and cabin, your staff was very friendly and helpfull, entertainment was ...

It was my first time I embark on Msc cruise were I realized Msc is the only cruise with a lot of entertainment ,on board and offshore .i chose MSc because I had been gallivanting a lot using a different mode of transport such as trains, flights touring to different places so the other day I thought of touring to other different places using a different mode of transport ,that’s when I thought ...

We dreamt of doing a boat cruise for quit a long time already and when it eventually happened it was the best holiday experience ever! Everything fell in place as planned and it was fantastic! The ship is overwhelming beautiful and the service the best ever! Adrian Godoy served us with dinner and his service was excellent. The room service was the best and the person bent over backwards to ...

We were gifted our cruise from our family in celebration of our 40th Anniversary in May '19. We arrived at Durban harbour around 11:30 and embarkation was surprisingly smooth! Only after we were on board, did we realise it was probably because we were some of the last to board ship. :) We had an internal cabin and I was a little worried about my hubby's reaction to constant airconditioning, ...

I chose the cruise to see whether I have sea legs and I do. Everything about the ship was amazing from embarkation to disembarking. Msc is very organized and focuses on the passengers experience at all times. Msc caters for all ages iro activities on board the ship. Whether you eat at the restaurant or buffet you have many options to choose from. The only complaint that I have is that the halal ...

THE GOOD - The cruise director Eric was fantastic, the best one I've seen on my 20+ cruises. He was funny, informative, lively and made the cruise enjoyable. The main dining room was excellent, consistent great and friendly service from Yuriy & Collins, great food and an oasis away from the crappy service elsewhere on the ship. The shows were very well done and entertaining. The ports were like ...

This cruise has always been on my bucket list, but I think my expectations was too high for what they could give. I work in a 5 star lodge and is very focused on service and for that reason I am also writing this review. The cabin was very nice. But dining was horrible you go on a cruise to spend time with your partner but find out that you have to sit with complete strangers and there is ...
