We were invited by friends to join them as someone cancelled. We were on the same cruise (Symphony) about 7 years ago as well as a seven night European cruise of which both was exceptional.
We made use of your easy embarkmand wich was worth every sent, disembarkation also went smoothly.
No complaints about the ship and cabin, your staff was very friendly and helpfull, entertainment was great.

The cabin was ok, not our choice as this was originally booked for friends that had to cancel at the last moment, would have booked a room with a balcony.
