Yikes, Silver Seas is a massive disappointment. I have sailed with Crystal, Oceania, Regent, and Seabourn and I was looking forward to Silver Seas but it was a big let down. There is nothing redeeming about the ship and I would strongly recommend any other line.

NEVER AGAIN!!
Completed a segment of the Oceania Around the World 2019 cruise.
Treated like a second class citizen by ATW Travelers who were given special privileges while the rest of us treated as if we did not belong despite the dollars paid being very high.(The ATW cruisers made up nearly 3/4 of the cruisers onboard) .

Our two night stay in the Marriot Marquis Dubai was a great success. We had a wonderful room with fantastic views and the food was excellent within the hotel especially the Indian Restaurant. Having previously cruised on the Queen Victoria and the Queen Elizabeth in 2013, I thought that I would 'complete the set' by joining the QM2 on the final leg of her 2016 World Cruise from Dubai to Southampton.
How things have deteriorated in 3 years!

Roy walker, Kelly Holmes and some of the speakers were good.

We chose the cruise as QM2 is the last ship of its type, also going through the Suez Canal.
We ticked both of those boxes and that is the best we can say about the cruise. It was infact the worst cruise we have ever been on.
