We chose this cruise because of the ports some of which we had not been to. We sailed from Venice to Trieste, Split, Dubrovnik, Katakalon, Corfu and Kator. We chose this cruise for the ports, which did not disappoint. However, we encountered many problems on our first time on the Costa line. The cruise was marred by inefficiency, little concern for the passenger, needless standing, waiting, and rude customer service.

Not recommended for English speaking or US residents. The staff are disrespectful, rude, very unorganized, never on time, staff never smiles, once cruise over never says thanks or acknowledges you. This is an international ship that provides for the Italians. I had my first experience with Costa Deliziosa in July 2016. And I definitely will be the last time I travel with them!!
Service very poor compared to other cruise companies as MSC or Norwegian. I was very disappointed in general. The staff from the bar and the buffet didn't even know what was included in my package.
