"Celebrity has never done evening entertainment like Royal, but this was a nine day cruise and there was only one theater production show – Broken Strings.Hopefully, now that they are back in the black things will go back in the other direction and we will certainly take another Celebrity or Royal cruise again in the near future with the hope that is the case...."Read More

1-10 of 36 Celebrity Infinity Cruise Reviews for Romantic to the Caribbean
To give you some perspective on my observations/opinions, this was our seventeenth cruise. We have taken nine cruises on Celebrity and eight on Royal Caribbean. We are fortunate to be able to sail in suites and on this cruise, we sailed in Royal Suite 6137. Our cruise prior to this was on Apex, also in a RS and the one before that was on Anthem of the Seas in a Star Class Suite. Therefore, I ...
We were so excited, our friends raved about the "retreat" class on Celebrity.
The thing we loved was the amazing crew, so impressive, they knew everyone by name from the first day forward, very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the Luminair Dining and Michael's Club, the cabin...not so much.
Unfortunately we were shocked and disappointed when we saw our cabin (6119). We paid a lot of money ...
We cruised to celebrate my husband's 59th birthday and our 35th wedding anniversary! We made sure that these celebrations were noted in our reservation. Because of this, we did expect the cruise line or perhaps a staff member to recognize our celebrations at some point - but it never happened. While we understand that everyone is experiencing staffing shortages, when we heard nightly Happy ...
Caveat - this was a quick weekend two-day cruise so it's not the same as a longer cruise. But there were some issues that shouldn't have happened on any Celebrity cruise no matter what the length.
Pros - Infinity is due to be revolutionized this year. We were on Summit this year so it was interesting to compare the two. Even though Infinity is worn the public areas looked great. The ship was ...
Good ship for music cruise. Mold and mildew smell in our bathroom nauseating. Level 8. Concierge class not worth extra money. Breakfast buffet awful except for made to order omlets. Best dinner food was pasta, by far. Tried two specialty restuarants. Unless you are really famished...not really worth the price. Plus the offer of buy one get one free did not apply if you booked specialty restaurants ...
I TOOK A GROUP OF 17 PEOPLE AND OVERALL WAS A LOT OF FUN . IT COULD HAVE BEEN A DISASTER IF WE LET OUR FIRST ENCOUNTER WITH THE MANAGEMENT AT THE TRELLIS ON DECK 5 DICTATE THE TRIP.
BUT OVERALL THANKS TO THE TUSCAN GRILL TEAM WITH ALEX AT THE LEAD WE SPENT 3 WONDERFUL EVENINGS THERE.
SHORE EXCURSIONS WERE DONE WELL AND WE HAD A FAB SAIL AWAY PARTY SO KUDOS TO THAT STAFF
PORTS OF CALL ...
We sailed on another Celebrity ship in December and couldn't believe the marked difference in Infinity. Infinity is outdated and desperately needs a refresh. We ate in every restaurant and the steaks and tuna were always overcooked, despite ordering rare (except for Sushi on 5). On our prior trip, the specialty restaurants and servers were amazing and well worth the surcharge. We wasted so ...
We scheduled a charter music trip and the charter company is using the Infinity for the entertainment spaces available. I can understand that. We have sailed on Windstar, Royal Caribbean, and Carnival. This ship by far had the worst food selection and service of any. The Trellis dining room served several meals that were basically inedible. I was served the wrong steak at one meal and the ...
My husband and I, along with 7 other couples booked this trip last minute to enjoy a "boat ride" basically - we really had no desire to see Cozumel or Key West again, but loved 2 sea days on a 5 day journey and we love using the ship. Unfortunately The Infinity needs refurbished NOW. I will start by saying - the staff made our journey exceptional, thankfully! Or we would have been bummed for 5 ...
Starting at the beginning, the boarding process was the worst I have encountered. Nearly an hour in line for Select passengers, then a very long hike up several ramps with no help for physically challenged people. Then to make matter worse the rooms weren't ready, I didn't know that still happened.
The food is certainly good and a cut above some other lines we have been on. The service is also ...
