We were so excited, our friends raved about the "retreat" class on Celebrity.

The thing we loved was the amazing crew, so impressive, they knew everyone by name from the first day forward, very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the Luminair Dining and Michael's Club, the cabin...not so much.

Unfortunately we were shocked and disappointed when we saw our cabin (6119). We paid a lot of money for this once in a lifetime experience. We had a "suite guarantee" room type or higher, previous cruises have been balcony cabins and they were so much nicer and larger than the suite we had on the Infinity. Read more
