Starting at the beginning, the boarding process was the worst I have encountered. Nearly an hour in line for Select passengers, then a very long hike up several ramps with no help for physically challenged people. Then to make matter worse the rooms weren't ready, I didn't know that still happened.
The food is certainly good and a cut above some other lines we have been on. The service is also very good.
The pool deck is very crowded on sea days but manageable.
