We sailed on another Celebrity ship in December and couldn't believe the marked difference in Infinity. Infinity is outdated and desperately needs a refresh. We ate in every restaurant and the steaks and tuna were always overcooked, despite ordering rare (except for Sushi on 5). On our prior trip, the specialty restaurants and servers were amazing and well worth the surcharge. We wasted so much money on poor service and subpar food. It was extremely disappointing. Luminae was great but the others were need some fine tuning. We were definitely disappointed. The entertainment wasn't anywhere close to the Equinox either. The rooms were outdated and need a refresh in a bad way. I feel as though we wasted a ton of money on this cruise. Tuscan Grille was terrible too. The fried calamari was cold and the server actually said, "oh, you want it hot?". It was crazy sad and by then we'd just given up. So disappointing.
