The service and food on this ship were excellent. The staff on the ship were very warm and outgoing towards each guest. Our servers at dinner were outstanding. I didn't have a bad meal. Even the desserts were delicious (and I rarely eat it ) and I ate it every day!!!
The excursions were well done. The tenders were set up very well according to ticket groups. We went on 4 ship excursions-

My wife and I took this as our 9th cruise, our first on RCCL. We are both 61 years old. We have mostly cruised on NCL. We coaxed 2 other couples to join us (first cruise for each of them). The Good:1) The ship is beautiful and we loved it. It was clean and was kept that way for the duration of the cruise. We were told that the ship was full, but we could always easily find empty lounge chairs ...
Arrived early after our flight direct to Barcelona. Picked up and arrived at the port in Barcelona at 10.50am. As we had already done the online check in we were processed by our teller in 10 minutes. Fantastic service indeed. After a short wait we were onboard within 20 minutes. Although the cabins were not ready untill 13.00 we headed to The Windjammer on Deck 11 or 12. For those who don't know ...
Having taken a Med cruise last year on Brilliance of the Seas we decided to give Voyager of the Seas a go this year. Could only fit a week in this time however so was a slightly different itinerary. Firstly the comparison between the two ships...well we preferred some things on Brilliance and other things on Voyager and concluded that if we could just put both ships together we'd have the perfect ...
We were cruising on the 9th August sailing, from Barcelona, Spain on Voyager of the Seas. We stayed the previous night in the Gatwick Airport Hilton Hotel, that was satisfactory for one night.
We caught an early flight, and arrived at Barcelona to meet a Royal Caribbean representative who directed us to where some porters were taking the luggage onto the ship. We were waiting with around 5-6 ...
This was only our second cruise, first was a Disney 3-nighter which we loved; but usually we do timeshare weeks in the Caribbean. This cruise was a lifelong dream for my husband, and after seeing the movie "The Bucket List", he decided not to wait to do it any longer. The Voyager is a very large ship, generally very nice, beautiful public areas such as the Royal Promenade with clubs and shops; 3 ...
My wife and I recently returned from our second cruise with RCL around the Mediterranean, the first in May a five day on the Navigator of the Seas (NofS) and this one for seven days on the Voyager of the Seas (VofS), her last cruise before heading off to the States for the winter. Both are the very large Voyager class ships, 138,000 tonnes. I have tried to compare certain aspects of the ships to ...
First let me start by saying this was one of the most fantastic cruises I have ever had, I am so sad its over but do not know how I could have went on for one more day lol, it was an exhausting cruise.
We arrived in Barcelona 2 days early and stayed at the Hotel Continental. I didn't arrange for a taxi but there was plenty right outside the airport, cost us 25 euros to get to the hotel. Our ...
Our family of 6 from Florida are seasoned cruisers, having been on RCI on three previous occasions. This was our first trip on Voyager of the Seas, but having cruised on Mariner of the Seas, we knew it was very similar. We booked three cabins, all with balconies on level 8.
We spent 3 days before the cruise in Barcelona, which I would highly recommend to both adjust to the time change, as well ...
We really enjoyed our cruise on the Royal Caribbean Voyager of the Seas Eastern Mediterranean Cruise. It was our first experience on a cruise. Our cabin attendant was excellent and always available to answer our questions no matter how simple they may have seemed. The ship was clean and was always on time. There were 3000+ passengers. The beds were very comfortable and the cabins spacious. The ...
