I chose this cruise because the itinerary looked good and azamara was owned by Royal Caribbean but was higher end.

Azamara's tech upgrade is a nightmare. You cannot log into your record, even though they say that they are working on those pax within 30 days. Nope. Food was great as was our cabin. The team onboard were generally very good. Entertainment was great until the Cruise Directors would sing and then it was dire - but some people seemed to enjoy it.

My wife and I have been on dozens of cruises on almost all the major lines. This company is part of the Royal Caribbean/Celebrity family of companies.
