Food was great as was our cabin. The team onboard were generally very good. Entertainment was great until the Cruise Directors would sing and then it was dire - but some people seemed to enjoy it.

Dj Connor was brilliant and we were usually last to leave at night. Being able to enjoy dinner at the back of the ship and eat outdoors was a real plus and we toom advantage of that when we could. Quest was a lovely ship and we met some lovely people.

The main issues lie in the customer service pre and post cruise. It has been almost 60 days and we cannot get a reply to any email or query. Have been promised call backs 8 times, and no contact. It spoils what was a simple issue with an easy fix and has now put us off going with Azamara again as the service has just been so poor.
