Over all the experience was good except for my stateroom (obstructed view).

I’ve been driving to Port Canaveral for cruises for the past two years and was glad to find a Royal Caribbean ship from Tampa, where I live!

Wanted a Holiday sailing out of Tampa this fit the criteria. This being an older ship I was very surprised and happy at her lovely spaces. The crew were the stand out stars, except for guest relations go figure. We would sail her again tomorrow if we could.

We chose the cruise after Covid canceled our original cruise. We utilized the “lift and shift.” The ship needs some TLC but the crew is wonderful. I understand the ship is scheduled for dry dock - that’s good. The balcony cabins need attention.

This was our 7th cruise (DIsney, Celebrity, Holland, Royal Caribbean), but our first time with NCL. We are a married couple in our late 50s. We chose this cruise because of the convenience of leaving from Tampa (30 minutes from home) and the variety of ports on just a 7 day cruise. To make it even better, we were joined by 2 friends who were EXCITED about their first cruise.

The shows were VERY disappointing. We are platinum cruisers with Carnival, but haven't cruised with them for about 5 years. The singers voices didn't blend. After attending two shows, we tried the comedy club. Better entertainment, but the room was too small. This was our 15th cruise, 2nd on Pride, mostly Carnival but also RCL, Celebrity and NCL. Pride is only from Tampa for a few weeks before return to Baltimore so we took advantage of a 7 day to Western Caribbean.

Picked this cruise mostly due to the sailing dates. Also wanted to see Belize, Honduras and Grand Cayman. Prefer the Eastern Caribbean but enjoyed the Islands and locals.
