I’ve been driving to Port Canaveral for cruises for the past two years and was glad to find a Royal Caribbean ship from Tampa, where I live!

Embarking was easy. Disembarking was difficult and took over an hour to get off the ship once in line.

Because of Hurricane Tammy, we were unable to go to Nassau and CocoCay. We went to Cozumel instead. For families, this was a big disappointment. The Grandeur doesn’t have a lot to offer children/teens like the larger ships do and I overheard some people upset that we weren’t going to CocoCay (which has something for everyone!)

Cabin Review

Interior

The dresser drawers were impossible to open. I told my cabin steward and maintenance came right away and put in all new runners. As mentioned above, it was smaller than I’m used to.
