Wanted a Holiday sailing out of Tampa this fit the criteria. This being an older ship I was very surprised and happy at her lovely spaces. The crew were the stand out stars, except for guest relations go figure. We would sail her again tomorrow if we could.

We were in a suite and the Suite concierge Christian Dellosa had elevated attention to detail. The lively Pinnacles shared our lounge and took his attention 99% of the time, but he always seemed to make eye contact and inquire/follow up on things.

CD Jaime was hysterical ut not silly. He did a nice job especially when the fog kept us on the ship almost an extra 12 hours. The Captain tried his best to get us back in time but the Port closed so we floated around for some time.

Cabin Review

Great cabin for a family, all the way aft so any hot water was wishful thinking. Tepid at best OR hot at 1500hrs only.

A window covering was broken, a sink neck cracked and one of the shower hoses lay on the floor unable to be fixed to the wall.

Every cabin deficiency was addressed, some better then others. Comfy beds, noisy from club below but it did quiet down by 2200. We liked the cabin despite its challenges.

Port Reviews

Bimini

Very clean, not much going on. The Hilton is pretty much it.

Perfect Day at CocoCay

Not that clean and way to many people. Just because it's big doesn't mean you need to fill every inch of space with bodies. Could have been better.
