Was told last year ship was to be refurbished not true. This ship is old in decor, linens are thread bare, beds are extremely hard. The solarium pool decor is poor worn and out of date and dirty. For our 10th wedding anniversary we booked an eleven night Southern Caribbean cruise on the Serenade of the Seas. The ship was okay, the cabin and cabin attendant were great.

Friends asked us to join them on this 11 day cruise. Ship is DIRTY! Needs complete overhaul. Shore excursions were over rated & costly.
