Friends asked us to join them on this 11 day cruise. Ship is DIRTY! Needs complete overhaul. Shore excursions were over rated & costly. Main dining room reservations were a joke, waited at least 30 minutes for a table, so we missed the shows. Food not hot. Other dining rooms were fine but cost $32 extra a person. Door fell off on Refrigerator. lights would not go on, 2 days to get them repaired. Most of the staff just didn't give a darn. Cabin staff was accomendating. Had hard time getting chairs by the pool, rules posted said 'no saving chairs' no one enforced this rule. I purchased the 'berverage package', but was not allowed to get 2 coffee's at a time. Told to wait 20 minutes! Our friends (2 other couples) one of which is a diamond member said it was the worst cruise they ever took & they have cruised 46 times over the years.
