What a disappointment! We had taken this same 11-day southern Caribbean cruise on this same ship 2 years ago but agreed to do the cruise again since we wanted to join our cruise buddies. Two years ago, we rated this trip 4 out of 5 stars.
What a change in service and quality.
This is the first cruise that we took on Royal Caribbean/Celebrity that was poor. We are Emerald members and our friends are Diamond members so we have taken many cruises with them in the past.
